Pizza was undercooked, that soft that all the filling wad falling off. I order a pizza deal with chicken pakora, got sent donner meat pakora, phone up to say and the guy said I ordered the donner pakora but quite clearly states in my email that I ordered chicken pakora, so basically called me a liar.

Absolute shocking. Ordered a half and half pizza. Left instructions on order changed fs note. They still managed to screw up what toppings on my hat half. Then argued with me on phone for 10 minutes that it wasn't clear even though it was. Told they'd send another one eventually but busy so would take 1 and a half hour. This was at 6.50 so clearly a lie. Staff have changed recently. Which has led to decline in aw vice and quality. Been a customer for years but it's never been close to this bad. Will avoid in future.

First ever order, disappointed. Never delivered my juice, driver came and accused me of not paying when the receipt should show paid online, already took an hour to come so was unprepared to wait another hour for juice when the order had been “out for delivery” for 35 mins and chips were almost cold already. Doubt I will be back as not a good experience at all. Surprised how the driver noticed the receipt where it showed money but not the fact a 2 litre bottle wasn’t there.

Placed order in error. Tried phoning straight away to cancel but no answer to phone call. Contacted feedmeonline who also got no answer. When they did get through to cancel restaurant would not cancel claiming food ready even though that was 25 minutes before order was due to be collected. Not great customer service - do not use.
